Its constipation again!! i've had it twice this week alone..thank god not everyday !
it will happen for a week in once every 3 months..its like getting period man hahhaah
i hope all that squeezing and pain will be of some help for my labour in future (if i get pregnant that is!) ..i know labour is much worse but I'm making myself feel better here..haha
