Bonjours all...ehhe feeling parisian..

well i bet whoever's reading must be breathing a sigh of relief...ahh finally an entry...haha

well got back ard 7pm then slept ard 3 hrs plus ...in london i was asleep by 8pm! vert rare..so nw i can't sleep so nw's a good time to revive my blog...

ok everyone's must be asking hows the trip, oui? hehe

well..its a 13 hrs flight ..and its my first long flight..it was not dat bad..i did not VOMIT thank god!! ehehe but i hate the air pressure all that..tired legs ..dry throat ( its handy to have a water bottle w u at all times in the plane )..obviously i don't ..i did bring a water bottle but it was in my bag ehhe...dun ask me why ..

straight flight to paris then change flight to london..paris was v cold ..can see the air condensation fr the mouth .. (jakun) hehehe..went straight to hotel after that...long winded yes?? ok short cut ....

london is nice!!..nice nice weather ..nice buildings..flowers all around the place..planted ones!..it was cold especially the wind!!..i shld have brought along the furry hood..i tot it wouldn;t be dat bad..everything is warm inside and cold outside..like the supermarket, the bus, metro...its the opposite..but it was alright..went to a few places..got on the london eye, get to see big ben, buckingham palace...although there was no changing of guards ...hubby was looking forward to that .. ehhe

next day went to Harrods but its close!!!! due to easter..ggrrr...but we did do some shopping at Bicester Village ..its a shopping village..which is a 2hrs train ride from Earls Court station ..bot a pair of pink suede boots for 14 pounds(which i consider quite cheap lah) and a scarf for i think 7 pounds..cant remember..
the scarf do come handy though..my ear was aching after a while because of the cold brrr..hotel room wasn't dat big ..but it was enuf..breakfast is croissant and cereal everyday....they have hot dogs but its pork, pork , pork..:S

went to starbux ahhaa and mac hehehe..spend most of the time sightseeing and getting souvenirs.. it rained on the second day though ..

ok nw to paris... we took eurostar train to paris which is ard 2 hrs plus train ride from london...reach there ard 730pm...find our way to the hotel..so far the metro's ok for london and paris ..once u got the map its alright...

paris metro is so smelly!! its like riding thru a sewage! urgh..london's much better and nicer ehhehe .. once reach hotel we just unpacked and relax..shops close in these places like 6 or 7pm...boring!

and the paris hotel doesn;t have the coffee and tea facilities!!! cannot eat my cup noodle..i was hungry and grumpy that nite..kesian hubby ehehe..nak keluar malas pulak..so sleep thru my hunger ..the next day breakfast is croissant ...again!! ..and u guess it cereals! ahhaha they do have slices of meat and yes its jambon!!! which is pork! argghh..well fine as long i got my coffee..their coffee's nicee...whole stay in paris was raining on and off..

we did get to eiffel ..v long queues but it was fast moving though..huge crowds!! ....nothin much on the top floor coz its covered but the second floor's much better coz its open and u get to walk ard more...well all i can say it was nice!! after dat we went to take the Batobus ..which is a river tour..they have like 8 stops to tourist attractions ...we drop at notre dame...huge huge church...lovely structure inside!! ..it was rainign throughout the boat ride so we didn't feel like dropping at every stop ..we also went to Galaris Lafayette which is soemthing like taka...expensive..

btw french ppl are not friendly at all..i think they are more friendly towards the westerners .. i ask a salesperson for a new piece for a top and she say 'Sorry i dun understand'...asshole!! its so obvious..i wanted to get a bag for my mum and i was wating for the salesperson to finish attending to an ang moh..she was friendly and laughing w the angmoh...when it comes to my turn not even a smile!! ..fucking bitch..

even in the plane stewardess are more warm to their own ppl ..opposite of our local airlines that's wat i feel ...

well all i can say i enjoyed london more than paris..its better to go to someplace where u can communicate easily w the locals ... if not bring someone who can talk their language...but then i only have 2 nites each ...:)

all in all i do enjoy myself!! it was an experience..mite be back who knws...but the cold is a minus though...way too cold hehehe..

next trip would be australia definitely..coz my mum says she wants to go there too..*cross my fingers*
